Searching for even the smallest clue about my TURNER family history Arthur Frederick TURNER (housepainter) married Mary Elizabeth Dorothea EAST in Q1 of 1935 in the district of Staines, Surrey. They had at least two children that I know off - Colin, who I believe later moved to New Zealand or Australia and Douglas Arthur Hall TURNER (my father) Doug was born in May of 1937 in Richmond, Surrey and according to family rumour he was a corporal in the HQ of 7th Armoured Division from around 1958. He was married to a lady named Joyce, having a child before meeting my mother May Catherine ROBERTS and having myself and my sister Anyone with even the smallest piece of information PLEASE get in touch Kindest Regards Claire |
