Member Since: December 2004 Posts: 20 Send Message	William Ensor m Lily Thomas Jan/Mar 1939 Dist. Birmingham. I couldn't find the death either, perhaps it was a weird spelling of Ensor. If you get the marriage cert. her age and father's name should help trace her.

Member Since: January 2003 Posts: 84 Send Message	Trying to find details of my father's family on his mother's side. My father's name is William John Ensor and was born in Birmingham in 1943. His mother was called Lily Thomas and she may have married William Ensor in Birmingham probably around the early 1940's. She committed suicide when my father was about 6 months old and this would have been approx Oct-Dec 1943 or early 1944. I cannot find her death on the BMD index (I have also looked under Thomas in case my father's parents never married as no wedding photos have ever been seen by my dad). My dad's father died in 2001 and was still living in Birmingham. My dad has no knowledge of his relatives on his mother's side and I would be delighted if anyone could help or give any information.
