Member Since: March 2004 Posts: 1 Send Message	I was born on 13/01/1971 and adopted, my birth name was Michelle Caroline Smith. I believe my mother's name to be Mary Clare Smith (her maiden name and married name was Hadley and Mulchay, no sure which is which). I have been told that she changed her name by deed poll to Smith. I was brought up in South Wales and would very much like information on my biological family in order that I may be able to one day meet up with them.
