Mary Ann JOHNSON was b. in 1824 in Newbottle near Sunderland. She was the daughter of George JOHNSON , a miner and perhaps her mother was Eleanor. Mary Ann married William Maxwell DIXON in 1847 in Earsdon St. Albans and they had 6 children ..James , Mary Jane , Alexander , William , Margaret and Ann. I would appreciate any background info. on Mary Ann and her JOHNSON family. |
