Member Since: April 2004 Posts: 1 Send Message	I am trying to find anyone who knows My Birthmother Carlyn Leigh Wood. I was born on 2 August 1986 in the Napier Maternity Hospital. My birth name given to me by Carolyn was Amanda Jane Wood. She was 20 years of age when she gave birth to me. I was adopted to Rose and Greg Putt in Hamilton (I remained an only child). My Biological Father is David Rhys Williams. My Grandmother is Shirley Wood. Please if anyone has ANY information that could bring me to find my biological family please email me a message. if anyone needs any further info email me. Thank You
