THOMAS HUGHES BORN 1840 LLANBOIDY, CARMARTHEN married ANNIE(Maiden name unknown), born 1859 LLANBOIDY, CARMARTHEN. Their children were: JOHN BENJAMIN (JACK) HUGHES born 1878, died 1918. PHOEBE E HUGHES born 1880/81, MARY RACHEL HUGHES, born 1885 and MORFYDD HUGHES, born 1890. They moved, at some point, to 88 JOHN STREET, MERTHYR TYDFIL, MID GLAMORGAN. JOHN BENJAMIN HUGHES married MARY VICKERY (I believe she came from Somerset) and they had 7 children who were RICHARD (DICK) HUGHES, JOHN (JACK) HUGHES jnr, LILIAN HUGHES, ANNE (ANNIE) HUGHES, DORIS HUGHES, JENNY HUGHES and TOM HUGHES. They lived at 1 NANTYGWENITH STREET, GEORGETOWN, MERTHYR TYDFIL. JOHN BENJAMIN was a Timber Merchant and Commission Agent and was a great favourite in sporting circles. Any information/links to any of these, especially Thomas and Annie Hughes, Phoebe, Mary Rachel and Morfydd would be appreciated.
