trying desperately to find my roots, i was born Elaine Paulette Thomas october 1956, as far as i know my father (John Whyer Thomas) was born nr barry S wales, he was born 7th august 1921, he married my mother Irene rosetta sofia (Binden)she was born ( i think) in scotland 4th july 1922, i have 5 older sisters and one younger, and one older brother, i have been trying to find out more about the middle name of my father "WHYER" i was told (by him when i was a child) it was a legacy name given only to 2nd son of 2nd son. both my parents died in the mid '80's and i have been trying to find information ever since, can anyone please help?? would be greatly appreciated, thankyou....
