Trying to find any information regarding my grandmothers family. She was Lillian Maud Mitchell, born January 30 1899, at 118a Kings Road, Chelsea. Her birth certificate gives her parents as George Matthew Mitchell and Emily Stevens. I have found a family which is possibly them on the 1901 census but Lillian is not there. It appears George and Emily married in 1908 after all their children were born. I know Lillian had two older brothers George and Harry killed in WW1 but do not know dates of birth, or death. She had another brother Charlie and sisters Rose and Kit (Kathleen born 1904. Any information would be much appreciated |
