Ben Turner born Leeds Yorkshire 1923 I am trying to find any relatives of my late father Ben Turner. He was the eldest of 8 children born in Leeds (opposite Armleigh Jail) in May 1923. He had a twin brother, George, who died app. 1956, a brother Ronald (deceased Liverpool) and 5 sisters, Edna, May, Patricia, i do not know the other 2. Married Beatrice Smith (born Brighton 1926) in 1946. Moved to Brighton Sussex during the 1950's and stayed here until he died in Nov 1995. His younger sister Pat came to Brighton with him but later returned to Yorkshire? I would love to hear from any of my relatives as I am the youngest of 9 of Ben's children and we know we have a larger family out there somewhere?? |
