Trying to find any information on someone possibly with the surname Ward. He was married we think to someone called Alfreda webb although this marriage although i can find no trace of this marriage on the GRO listings. He is my Grandmothers father. She was born in Plymouth around 1928. He would have been in the navy and served aboard the HMs Grasshopper , and lived for a short time in the Isles of Guernsey. Upon returning my grandmother and her brother went to live with who she knew as her Gran (emma Jane Senior- married to Walter Foote). Mt gran has never known who her father was and we are really trying hard to find out for her while we still can. If anyone knows thinks this sounds familiar please contact me. We are trying to find any information on this family, please help if you can. |
