trying to find the family of Michael Hall who emigrated to Canada in about 1900. He acquired a farm at "Lilly Plains" in 1909 Last communication with the family inthe 1940's he was born in West Rainton County Durham England in 1880, parents Maddison Hall and "Nan" Henderson. Children when last heard of, WALTER HALL born 1899 ,2 children Bob and Marianne. garage owner somewhere in U.S.A. OSWALD HALLborn 1908 1 son Frank, Oswald was at one time a Universary lecturer at Brown University Nr New York.STANLEY HALL born? 1 daughter Donna Mae, Stanley spent 4 years in the Royal Navy during WW!!, then became Chief Engineer at Prince Albert Penitentary. DENNIS HALL married a local school teacher and had 1son, Maurice and 1 daughter Leanne. Dennis took over the farm when his father michael died. NORAH HALL B1916 m GRENFIL ZIVICKERR who was a minister of the United reform Church in "Whitehead" the extreme N.E. of Nova Scotia. KAY HALL b1918 m "JIM" and had 2 daughters Brenda and Kathleen. Kay was the correspondant for the family . Michael Hall was my grandfather's (William Hall) youngest brother.Any bells ringing, please reply Freda Cooke Leeds England
