I have just found out that my paternal grandmother was called Grace Bennett. She was married to Jack Lewis Killington at All Saints Church, Halcham Park on 16 November 1930 and they lived in South East London. My Dad was born in 1931 and his sister Margaret Elizabeth in 1937. The marriage broke up when the children were young and as far as we know there was never any contact after that. It seems likely that she is no longer alive, but I would love to know more about her. I cant find any record of her birth on 1837 site. Libbie Noakes |
