Member Since: February 2003 Posts: 1 Send Message	Info reqd on Jones/Evans family from Mallwyd area of Wales. My father Rowland Owen Jones was born to a Mary Jones in 1896 in Dinas Mawddwy.(Mary may also have been known as Mary Jane Evans). She later married Evan Evans and they lived in Cwmllinau. Mary died in 1902 and my father moved to Liverpool until c.1906 when he moved to the training ship CLIO at Bangor. Mary and Evan both came from Garthbeibio in Montgomery.
