Trying to find Watson

Trying to trace my paternal grandmothers family. Her name was Mary MacCauley Watson. She was a geordie but I am unsure of her place of birth. She was born in 1926 or 1927, and married Arthur Leslie Coe in September 1947 in a church in Northumberland. The marriage certificate has John Watson as her fathers name, who was a general labourer at the time. My dad was born in South Africa in 1949, and Arthur died in 1952 in Salisbury, Southern Rhodesia. She moved to Malawi in central Africa where she met up with her 2nd husband Alan Davison who was commissioner of the prisons over there. They had a son in 1959, and 6 years later they parted company. I believe that she returned to the UK ( without the boys) and was living in a flat in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.My father visited her on several occassions until her death in 1977, at the age of 51. If anyone thinks that they may have a connection then please contact me. Thankyou.
