Trying to find the whereabouts of my father Alfred Jackson known as Alf Alfie and Jacko. He married my mother Marion (nee Pollard)in Accrington Nov 1939. He was in he RAF during WW2 and his best friend was Leslie (Tiggy) Lasiter and we lived in Woking from 1946 where I was born in 1947. I have a half brother called Alan. My grandfather, was also called Alfred and his mother Charlotte (nee Hamer). His father remarried to Constance and they had a son Peter. Last known address of my Grandfather was in Accrington. I haven't seen my father since approx 1957 and would be grateful for any information. Although this site gives my name as Ann May - it is actually Lesley-Ann May. My maiden name was Jackson. |
