Trying to find information about my Grandparents Arthur and Florence Allen. I know they were both born and grew up in or around the London area, and that they lived in Battersea for a while after they first got married. They had two children Christine and Carol (my mother) and Florence had a sister called Edith Burton. I beleive Edith and Florence's father was a pattern maker in the London area, but don't know much more. Florence and Arthur moved around a great deal so perhaps you might have come across them at some time Arthur I know at one time sold shoes. Would love to hear fro anyone who thinks they may have known them or believe they are related to them. |
