Trying to find any living relation of my Grandfather Bernard Kitchener Turner who was Born in Earlswood St, Greenwich on 21st July 1916. He married my grandmother Elizabeth Carter on 17.9.1939 and had 2 daughters Una and Kay.Kay being my mother. He was a police officer while in the uk. He went to Singapore & joined the Singapore Harbour Police. He married a Lilian Blossfell nee Varden on 27.4.1947 their daughters name is slyvia and was last known to be living in Indonesia but in a letter to his Friend LT COL Kleoth he said he was thinking of moving to Australia. Any information would be gratefully appreciated. Managed to find Bernards date of death as 15th June 1991 on Church Of The Latter Day Saints web site but dosen't give place of death. Contacted LDS direct. They have managed to trace Bernard to Guntersville, Alabama. So if any of my American relatives are out there please make contact. |
