Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 3 Send Message	My great grandfather was Lieut William Allen born in Winchester 1871,was a cheif coastguard officer for many years moving to Aberdeen area and raising a family with Grace and had 3 sons William,Harold and Arthur.if any conection with Winchester or anywhere else would love to know.
