Eliza WALKER (b. Abt. 1873-Widnes, LAN.) Dau. of John and Eliza WALKER née SCOTT. John was born around 1833 at Beeston, NTT. I don't know where Eliza SCOTT was from, as it didn't give her address on the 1901 census, but I do know she was born around 1836. John was a Licensed Victualler/Public House Manager. The family were living at 43 Brownlow Hill, Liverpool, LAN. at the time of the 1881 census. The family can be found here http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/census/household_record.asp?HOUSEHOLD_CODE=1881BR_3706488 on the 1881 census. They had another child, William Arthur WALKER, of whom I am a great great grandson. He was born at 124 Boundary Street, Liverpool, on 19th January, 1870. I've had a look at the 1901 census for her, and it looks as if she wasn't yet married. I would love to hear from any of her descendants. |
