Hi Linda This is the family in 1891: the one above that Christine found is wrong year of birth for Alfred J.... Alfred is a Cooper. James is 2 weeks old! I also searched 1893 - 1897 for her earlier, again to no avail.. Do you know when and where Jessie's parents married???

Hi, i have asked this question before, and i hope someone out there can help me trace the birth of my gran. Jessie Louisa Churchyard DOB August 1894 in Grimsby, family moved around alot, i have parents and siblings births etc, i hope someone can give me an answer, SORRY to bore all the people again on this request but i just don't know where to go from hereor shall i just give up, i have been trying for over 12months now on various sites and connections. I knew the name rang bells............just checked and there are two other GR members with this person in their trees. Linda's best bet would be to contact one of them, and exchange info. There was reams of stuff on the boards about her not long ago................ Reg

Hi can someone please help Linda, she has been sending me pm's, she is trying to find her gran, her name was Jessie Louisa Churchyard born about 1894 in Darby. Jessie can't find the birth and also can't find her gran's family in the 1891 census in Darby or the 1901 census in Bedfordshire where she lived then. Betty

Glad of any help, is there a way of tracing a family in 1894 with just a name and no address, the family moved around alot but have no address in Grimsby, would there be any records anywhere. Linda.
