Lorraine, May i please request a Look Up from 1841 Census of Warwickshire for a Joseph Woodhouse aged about 40yrs. He married 1821,Yardley,to Mary Ann Prewitt.Mary in 1841 was visiting a Benjamin Oakley,Sedgley, with one son Alfred. There were two other children,Elizabeth who in 1841 would be aged about 16yrs.and Thomas 7yrs.both born Birmingham. By 1851 Joseph seems to have left his family as Mary Ann and the three children are by themselves at Lee Bank Road Edgebaston,Birmingham. Any information appreciated. Thelma, Australia.

Hello Lorraine, what a star you are :-) Would you mind looking in Staffordshire, Tipton to be precise, for John Garland, aged three or thereabouts, and his household. He was 43 in 1881, so I'm extrapolating backward and it's his family that I'm looking for. Thanks so much Dave Gibbons
