Can anybody help? I am trying to find details of Elizabeth Brown. She married Matthew Brown Stoddart in Newcastle-upon-Tyne in June,1901. I am struggling to find any other record of her. Cant find a birth date or details of any family at all. Can anyone help at all - a fresh pair of eyes may see something I cant, I hope! There is a possibilty, all be it vague, that she had relatives of some sort called Sarah Jane Brown and Emily Brown. This is because Matthews brother Joseph married Emily Brown and his father Philip married Sarah Jane Brown. Some coincidence if they are not related in some way! Thanks in advance for your efforts. I know there is not much to go on Lindsey

Robin Hood That sounds an excellent possibilty. The place name Cramlington in particular fits perfectly. Thanks for digging this out for me - I think it could be very useful. Can I just ask, is it from the 1881 census. I couldnt see a date but Im probably being blind (Im still at work!) Many thanks again, I really appreciate it. Lindsey
