Jane

Can you give me an idea which parishes to check for the Brookes as there are Hundreds of Brooke/Brookes and Brooks on the CD and it will help me narrow them down a little.

As for the Hembling names, the CD only covers marriage between 1801 & 1837 so I can't help you with Eliza, Mary and John.

I await your reply

Dee,
Re hare. I made a mistake when I replied to you some minutes ago. on my reply thanking you for doing look-up.
(I said Ann Crapper.) I meant Ann Hare, nee buck, could poss have lived in Wanstead as other descendents did later. Ann harre died 02 . 11 .1855 stepney, essex . John frederick died 20 .04 .1845. I believe you said it was frederick hare married Ann Buck. ours was John frederick. may-be he went by his middle name. ?? I know John Fredericks son was born nov. 1825.
Thanks any-way Dee.

Dee, Re Hare. Sorry, lok at my last reply. Every-thing I said about Wanstead. But i made an error. It was Ann Hare ( not crapper) That name is not applicable. It was a great gran Annie Crapper.on the other side of family.
So it was frederick and Ann? married and Ann became a harre. (as you looked uo)
Poss married as hare. As further generations were around wanstead, forest gate west ham. Thanks
Carol

Carol
Always glad to help if I can.

Unfortunately there are no male Harres on the CD. I have found a Frederick Hare married to a Mary Ann Buck 2/11/1825. It gives the parish as a misc ref of Wanstead ESX.

Sorry I couldn't help you.

Dee,
Francis, in norwich, passed your name to me.
Please would you do a look-up.

A JohnFrederick harre (foreigner) born 1771, married Ann?
Ann came from suffolk.
Their son George was born 1825, stepney.
This is probably leading no-where. But would you look on your cd please in case there is a chance they married in suffolk, and that name appears.
Thanks
Carol

Many thanks for looking, but it's pretty much what is in the IGI, there was just a chance there might have been a bit extra. Cheers, dave

Hi Christine...you were right! No Waynforth or Wainforth's listed. I tried also: Wainford, Wainwright, Wanford, Wanfore, Wanfar, Wanfer, Warford, Wainfield....there are a few of each. If there is a specific christian name, or parish I can check again to see what I can find under the above surnames? Sorry I couldn't help

Hi Denise Would you be able to look for any marriages for the surname Waynforth or Wainforth. The name is pretty unusual so I doubt there will be many ( if any!) Many thanks Chris

Hi, Could you check the marriage of Martin Spooner to Amy Rix in Mileham 1809 and to Jane Balding in N Elmham 1825 to see if there is additional information that doesn't appear in the IGI. I'm trying to find parents names. Thanks, Dave
