I'm also looking for information about John Scott born abt1859, the 1891 census says he was born in Wolverhampton but he might not have been. He married Jetty Butler in 1886 in Bilston, Staffordshire. On the marriage certificate it says his father is William Scott, but I can only find one John Scott with William as his Father, but this isn't the right one as this John Scott married someone called Mary. According to the 1901 census the family lived in Bilston, Staffs they had 4 children:- George Job Fanny William John Scott died in 1904 aged abt45 and Jetty remarried in the same year. I can't find any information before 1891 for John Scott, if anyone has any more info, please let me know. Thanks Christina |
