Sue Report 26 Aug 2007 14:00

I am looking for information on possible descendants of Albert Edward Parker (born 1863, Stroud) and Mary Rachel Young (born 1862, Swindon), married in Birmingham in 1883. They are shown wrongly on the 1891 Census as Parkes.

William George A Parker, born 1883 Kings Norton
Vernon Henry Parker, born 1885 Kings Norton
Edith May Parker, born 1888 Keynsham
Albert Edward Parker (my grandfather) born 1890 Bath
Nellie Parker, born 1894 Aston
Elsie Dorothy Parker, born 1899 Aston

I can find nothing beyond the fact that in 1901 they were living in Hornsey, North London.

I WOULD ALSO be grateful for any information on the previous generation of Parkers - my gt.grandfather's sister and brothers - all children of Josiah Parker (on one census as Tobias) and Sarah Newman of Minchinhampton, Gloucestershire.

Alice Beatrice Parker (1872) Shoreditch
Alfred George Parker (1874) Shoreditch, and
George Frank Parker (1878) Shoreditch.

If anyone has any information on any member of these families I would love to hear from them.

Sue
