Member Since: August 2007 Posts: 1 Send Message	I am trying to find any of the Davis family that came from Stogursey in the late 1800's. My gg grandfather John Davis was born there and came to Cardiff about 1880. I know that there were Davis in Stogursey at this time but am unable to find them. I do not know what became of Johns mother and uncle that I found on the census. Johns mother was Sara and his uncle was William. John also had a brother called William who ended up in Cardiff with the family. Sarahs mother was Mary Ann Davis and Sarahs brother was William.
