New Thomas Info,

My grandfather Alfred Thomas (known as Frederick) married Ivy Catherine Aze in Cardiff in 1908. His father is listed as Alfred Thomas too. The address given for Frederick was 13 Francis Street, Abertridwr.
If any one can relate to any of these people and have pictures of any of this Thomas family I would be most grateful. Any other info would also be appreciated.

Hi Thomas,

Unfortunately there is no Martha written mentioned in the family bible. However this does not mean there is not a possible connectiion. My gt. gt.grandfather would be Thomas Thomas who's wife was Elizabeth(Eliza). She is known to be buried in Aberdare Cemetery as I have a photo of him sitting next to her headstone which is a cross. My grandmother Bessie Irene Thomas is the only Thomas relation I have known and she died when I was a young girl.

Trying to piece my family tree on my mothers side.

Does anyone have any information on Samuel Thomas who in 1897 lived in 32 Glota Street, Aberdare and John Thomas who lived in 22 Gloucester Street, Aberdare in 1894.

These are just two of many Thomas relatives who appear in a family bible that has been passed down the generations.

Would love to hear from anyone who is or was descended from a Thomas of Aberdare.
