Member Since: September 2006 Posts: 4 Send Message	Trying to tie up some loose ends, looking for Roy Carter, son of Stanley & Elsie Carter, born in Portsmouth approx 1939, but moved to France, Married with at least 1 male child. Is my fathers (Kenneth) cousin. I can remember a serious illness several years ago, I believe he was fortunate to survive. Other known family surnames include Fleming, Hellier, Lavis Helen Carter
