Mark Warren Stephens was drowned in the Royal Oak Disaster 1939, age 22. I believe he was the sweetheart of Hilda Nora Whaley from Nottingham and is the Father of my partner. Any info gratefully accepted. If anyone knows how I can look up where he came from that would be useful. I have his Royal Navy Service No etc.

Listings on the freebmd site suggest that Martha had been previously married to ABRAHAMS and after her husband's death she possibly married again in 1918.
