Ann was born in 1835 in Lanely Breconshire, on all census records she is listed as a widow, I am therefore trying to discover the christian name of the Evans she was married to and her maiden name..........She had 7 children one of whom was Esther Ann Evans born 1873. If you hae any information would be greatful to hear ........

I cannot find a Lanely or anything similar in Breconshire, do you have any more place information. I am researching my Evans family and have a niece in Breconshire (Powys) that is helping me so we may come across some of your Evans

There is a Llanelly in Monmouthshire, could that be the place ? Where was Esther born ?

Yes that would be right ..... on the 1881 cencus Esther is recorded as being born i Llanelly hill Breconshire. I think I may have discovered her father to be a Willian Evans.

Do you know where William was born ?

Just know he was born in wales, have currently been unable to trace him....he was born in 1836

While I was searching for marraige records for my own Evans family I spotted something which may be of interest to you.
Lilian Evans married a Mr Evans in Llanelly in Apr/Jun quarter of 1936. The Ref no is 11a/2464.
Don't know if there is anyconnection with yours but thought I would mention it.

How can I find out birth records of ann evans children?, I am intending to order their birth certificates.....

I know that there mother is called ann but in all the cencus records she is listed as a minners widow- was hoping getting birth certificate would help identify a fathers name...........
