im not sure if my fathers sister moved to england iv manage to go back to 1740s but cant find nothing of my dads sister mary mcgovern clark and her children alistair and alison after my grandfather died in 1968 the problem being i dont know if she married or her married surname if she did iv been to local registrars office in scotland and they couldnt find anything

The only problem with scottish records is they are not freely available to search. Did any of your fathers family also travel to England? and which way are you trying to go bckwards or forwards?

trying to find any relatives of my late father william gilmour clark 1934-2005 born in maryhill glasgow then moved to london in 1960s i know he had a sister mary and a nephew alistair and a niece alison surnames unknown his parents were allan mcdonald clark 1901-1968 and jessie gilmour 1900-1965 someone out there must have known them at some point but iv been searching for 2 years and cant find a thing past my grandfathers death in 1968 its as if they have been abducted by aliens please help me someone
