Trying to find Harold Hughes birth 1900ish ?

trying to locate a Harold Hughes, brothers James Joseph and John, Fathers name John.He would have been born around 1900 and was a "mummy boy" by family hearsay, vanishing when the mother died. They may have lived in Tower Hamlets area of London around the time of his birth.Father John was a labourer, possibly in the docks and the family may have Irish roots |
