If you look at the image for 1901 then the place of birth for Henry and his sister is acually Gainsboro. I do some transcribing for FreeBMD and get used to translating the writing.

hi rutland belle yes they was both born gainsbrough lincolnshire and father was hull in yorkshire and some of the children was born hull as well

hi Rose. on the 1861 census the birth place for Thomas his wife and children John and Maria is Hull. The birth place for the others is Gainsborough. Henry at that time is 14 and a clerk in a Merchant's office.
If you are wondering where Sarah is in 1861 then she and her sister Martha are visting a couple called Emma and Thomas Row at Scotter, Lincs, and in 1871 she is a domestic servant living with John and Charlotte Cattle at Church St, Gainsboro. It doesn't say if they are related or not, but John is born Hull.

In 1881 Sarah is a cook in the house of the Vicar of Morton, Rev Danks at Northolme, Gainsboro.

Then by 1891 she is with her brother Henry at 114 Sutherland Rd, Brightside Sheffield.She is his housekeeper.
