Hi

I have a photograph of a Joseph King in my family album but I do not have any King's in my family tree, as yet that I know of. All my family in the 1900's live in Sheffield so I am presuming Joseph is a Sheffielder.

The photo is taken during WWI and it gives his regiment details and that he was in France.

Do you have a Joseph King in your tree?

Best wishes. Amanda.

I had a great Uncle George b.1881 working in Attercliffe in 1901 on the Railways. He had brothers William b. 1880, Arthur b.1885,Henry 1888, Charles 1890, Alfred 1892, Albert 1900 and my Grandfather who moved to London. I understood from my father that he had Uncles in Sheffield as they moved there after WW1. Their father was also William born 1854 but in Worcestershire.

I dont think there is a connection but you never know.
