Hi, Frank Wilson was my Grandad. His older brother Arthur married a Sarah Jane Hanley in 1910. They have one child that I can find born 1910 called Betsy I cannot confirm if they had any more children. I know Arthur died young in his early thirties, I believe c 1915. Sarah Jane Wilson (my namesake) then went on to wed his brother Frank Wilson in 1918. My father William Frank Wilson was born on 7/12/1920. there were other siblings that I recall being Arthur, Dennis, Norman, there may have been some more and I dont know as yet which brother fathered which but I am working on it. Sarah died in 1933 aged 48. I was named after her. As far as I know he did not fight in WW2 but I think he was a seaman. They were all raised on Hessle road. |

Who is he, is he your grandfather or something? If you know of any children he had, looking up their birth registrations will tell you their mother's maiden name and therefore the surname of the person he married. |

You could order one of the marriage certificates and ask that they check the fathers name is Thomas. You could look on the Natioanl Archives website or Ancestry to see if there are any WWI records for him. |
