J H WOOD was my great grand farther, he married WALDER, i dont know her firt name, they had 4 children thomas r wood 1912,east grinstead, alice m 1913 east grin, vera m east grin and john hw 1917 woolwich.
john married vera alice white 1940 in bromley. he died in 1986, in chislehirst, i think they lived when he died in the st pauls cray road area? i hope this is helpful

I have the Wood family in Chislehurst going back to the 1700's.
Could you tell me John Woods parent's names please.
My great Grandmother was Juliet Wood 1854-1935 married to Harvey Holden Denyer 1853-1922 and lived all their lives in Chislehurst. If I can give you some help on the Woods in Chislehurst, although I don't have Michael on my tree.

thank you margaret, but this isnt him. i know his father died in the early middle 80s in chislehirst, i cant find anything for him ethier.

Cant find a death for Michael. There is this one.

Michael John M Wood born 30th June 1942 died June 1995 Southwark London gro ref D 10A page 38.

Sorry cant find a birth to match this Michael.

hi i am trying to trace my wifes family, her father is michael john wood born 1943 in sidcup kent(i think) his farther was john wood and mother vera, i dont know her maiden name. john had 2 sisters one whose name was dorethy i dont know the other one. i do know they lived in the kent area. michael lived in western australia i think in the 70s, i think he also spent some time in south africa. he return to england in 1983 thats when his parents lived in saxsby house chislehirst kent.i know when he went abroad he had 4 children i think) to his wife jane.before the 80s. he later had 3 more in perth austrailia, which he returned to england with. i dont know what happened after 1984, i do know he has now past away i think in the 1990s, can someone help please i have ben looking for over a year and have got nothing. thank you
