I have been looking for birth, marriage or death of the above. On a birth certificate for Lydia Charlotte Young (May 1909 - Tottenham) he is named as her father and the informant at her birth registration. Her mother is named as Maud Ethel Bliss. Can have found both Charles and Maud with their parents on censuses which indicate that he was born Charles was born Tottenham circa 1878 and Maud Finsbury Park circa 1888. When Lydia married she was calling herself Bliss. On her marriage certificate (1929) she has William Henry Bliss (deceased) named as her father but I know for certain that he was Maud's father, making him Lydias grandfather. |

There is a Maud Mary Bliss recorded as born Lambeth Jul-Sep 1887. |
