Hi , Did anyone know Mabel Rose Clarke (died 1995) widow of Archibald Clarke ( know as Alan) they lived at 24 Biddenden Close, off Willington St. Bearsted Maidstone Kent. I'm looking for my cousin Ann Clarke b. 1946 Maidstone married with 2 daughters. Any information would be gratefully received.

A copy of Mabel's death certificate might give the address of a family related informant.
Maybe someone could check recent electoral lists for that person.

Thanks Gwyn
I have Mabels death certificate and sent a letter to the informant Gloria Jean Newby Maidstone Kent but have received no reply. The problem with the electrol list is I don't know her married name, so I'm hoping someone reading this might have gone to school with her etc. and still knows of her whereabouts. I do know her husband was a dentist and her daughters are called Jane and Katie. Hopefully this is my lucky day.
Have a good day Sue

One ray of hope.

If you search at 192.com

http://www.192.com/search/search.cfm

for Gloria J Newby in Kent, you'll get her husband's name.

Repeat the search using his name, and you get the current telephone listing.

It shows the address that you gave above in the thread. So your letter should reach its intended recipient.

Because that address is current personal information about someone who is not aware it has been posted here, however, you should delete it from your post. Just use the edit link at the bottom of that post, and replace the address with [address] or some such.

Fingers crossed, you'll get an answer and that person will have information for you.
