Try putting your thread on the records office board. There are loads of brilliant people there who have found people for me that I never knew even existed. I think you`ll great a much greater response there than on this board.

i have done as you suggested just hope i don.t get into trouble by posting a duplicated thread on another board but i ahve run out of ideas as where to look next and have spent a fortune on credits on find my past so fingers crossed

You have made it clear on here Jacky that you have posted on the other board - so you wont get into trouble! Its people who post on all three boards and get three lots of people researching at the same time that cause the problem :) Good luck.

Have you thought of an ancestry sub? It will work out much cheaper in the long run and has much more info on it than just the bmd index.
