There are a lot of marriages between John Bell & Elizabeth with makes finding yours difficult. The best bet for maiden name is to find the birth for one of the children and order the certificate.

I have managed to locate my Great Great Grandad who was

John Bell 1859 - 1936 born in South Shields, Durham. He married my Great Great Nan who was called Elizabeth (dont know her maiden name) 1863 - 1951 born South Shields, Durham. I would be greatful if anyone can find out Elizabeths maiden name. Also, can anyone find out the names of John Bells and Elizabeths parents as well as John and Elizabeths siblings.

John and Elizabeth had 6 kids, William, Albert, Annie, Maud, Dossey and Alexander (not sure if this will help towards search).
