Northeast Turners with relations in SE London

This is a long shot, but my dad had a sibling born somewhere between 1905 and 1914 in Deptford(S.E. London - I think). I have been told that this sibling may have been living somewhere in the Northeast of England in the late 40's. I don't know whether this person was my dads brother or sister. The surname is Turner and their parents were William and Lilian Turner (nee Bearchell).
If any Turners from the northeast know of any relations from Deptford (Greenwich), I would be grateful if you could get in touch.
