Sharon and Marina Turner

I am trying to find Sharron and Marina Turner, born to Doris and John Turner. Sharon DOB is 12/04/1969, and Marina's is 29/02/1972.

I know that Marina Turner was likely to have been adopted and therefore here name has probably changed; it may have been the same for Sharron as well, although I am not sure.

Any help would be appreciated.
