Hi. I am trying to find information on my fathers side.My father Harry Pick, Who died in1972 aged 53 had a brother called George. As far as I can make out Mr. Harry Turner was father to both, but never took responsibility for them. They took their mother's surname of Pick, but a Mrs Scofield looked after them as children in Boston,Lincolnshire. Harry was supposed to be a wealthy man in the area at the time and had a brother (Name not known). Harry also had a daughter,who, I believe was Catherine. Harry was supposed to have been more supportive of his daughter. Whether he married Mrs. Pick or not is not known. Any information would be much appreciated. Many thanks. Steve Pick |
