Trying to find Turner

Hi. I am trying to find Walter Turner born c.1850 and his son Oliver Walter Basil Turner born c.1884. Whereabouts I am not too sure but think it's the East End of London. On Oliver's marriage certificate in 1906 (to Winifred Eliza Furber) it states that he is a policeman and Walter is a Seaman. Oliver and Winifred had at least two daughters, Dorothy and Ivy. He died in Herrison Hospital, Dorchester, Dorset in the early 1930's after being hit over the head whilst on duty so I do know he and his family moved to Dorset as Winifred was from there. Please if anyone can help I'd be very grateful as this has been a thorn in my side for months as I have found solid information at all. Many thanks.
