I am trying to find more information on my grandfather, Thomas Turner. Born 20/3/1878, possibly in Liverpool, England. Married Henrietta Beveridge. Had 8 girls between about 1900 and 1917: Lettica, Elsie, Hannah, Lily, Emily, Bertha, Menai and Muriel (my mother). Worked on the docks at Liverpool, possibly as a crane driver. Census inforrmation checked so far is inconclusive. Any leads appreciated. Peter. Melbourne, Australia. |
