Trying to find Ann Turner (she may not be called by this name now) she was born on 7th July 1956 at Redhills Hospital, Exeter. Mothers name is Pamela Turner (maiden name Eden) Fathers Name is Teddy Soper. Ann was fostered on the day she was born to a family living in Taunton. Ann was returned to Pamela Turner when she was approx. 18 months old. Ann stayed with them a while, Pamela was ill, so Ann was then refostered (dont know if it was to the same family as before). When Ann was 11 years old plus, foster family tried for adoption, Teddy Soper (Anns father) wouldnt let them adopt her. Ann has 2 brothers and 4 sisters (dont think she would now this though).
