Researching: JAMES and ALICE TURNER (nee BOWLES) My Gt Aunt born 1895 in Greenwich - marriage to JAMES TURNER in Romford Essex 1920. After JAMES' death c1930 ALICE remarried in 1932 becoming ALICE HAINES and lived in the Portsmouth area. Prior to this 2 of her 3 children were adopted. She had a further 3 to her second husband, the first child dying soon after birth. PLEASE contact me if you have any info. Many thanks - Anne |
