Hi, I'm looking for any relatives of WALTER THOMAS TURNER (my grandfather) 6/3/1896 - 1960.Born Crockenhill, Swanley, Kent. He was originally a Hospital Porter (1919 - Joyce Green Hospital) and later became a Bank Guard as listed on 1938 document. He married LILIAN MAUD SINNOCK in 1919 in Dartford (she was a Messroom Maid-Joyce Green Hospital). Lilian died in 1941. They had one child (my mother) Vera Lillian in 1920. My mother married William Richard Miller in 1938 and we immigrated to Australia in 1956. WALTER'S father's name was ALFRED 1869 Swanley, Mother was Annie CASELTON 1868, Eynsford Alfred's parents were Frederick & Eliza lived in Eynsford, & his siblings were: Arthur 1863 Gurtrude 1865 Albert 1866 Ellen 1872 Frank 1875 Ernest 1880 Walter's siblings: Henry 1888 Rose Julia 1890 Cecil 1894 Ellie 1899 Any info about this side of my family would be wonderful Lesley (Australia) |
