i wonder if anyone could make a connection with the details i have on a marriage cert that has finally arrived the marriage is between
CHARLES MAY
& in 1907 in leeds
LILY WALKER
it states they were both aged 27 at the time of marriage
i have found all the infomation about CHARLES MAY but i can.t find anything on LILY WALKER its say on the marriage cert her father was THOMAS WALKER occupation RAG MERCHANT i can.t seam to match the 2 up in any census at the time of marriage it says CHARLES MAY was living at may cottage morley
& LILY WALKER was living at 15 moorville grove the witnesses are given as THOMAS WALKER (was this her father ??) & MAUD WALKER any help with this would be brilliant

i have just had a look at leodis web site & it says that moorville grove was in holbeck in leeds whitch would fit in with the area the church is in that they got married in in beeston if that helps in anyway
