I am interested discovering the parents of William David Walker. If anyone can help I would be very grateful. His naval record shows that his date of birth is 07/06/1883 and that he was born in lambeth, london This date of birth is upheld by the 1901 census where he is shown at the age of 17 on the HMS Impregnable, but this does not show any of his family. (Detail: Class: RG13; Piece: 2186; Folio: 112; Page: 1.) I know he married Beatrice Annie Hartwell Blount in Apr/May/June 1911 in lambeth. (England & Wales, FreeBMD Marriage Index: 1837-1983, Apr-May-Jun 1911, Volume 2d Page 458.) I cannot seem to find his birth or an entry for him in the 1891 census on ancestry.co.uk. I would be very very grateful for any help. Can anyone suggest what I should try next? |
